Therefore, CEDRA does not assume responsibility for printing or display errors regarding images, features, etc.

The user shall not disclose to third parties, by any means, any private information received from CEDRA, under penalty of being liable to pay damages.

Likewise, CEDRA will not disclose to any third party any information provided without the user’s written consent, except to approved partners or service providers with whom there is a contract in place ensuring the protection of such data. Read the Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION SECURITY

The user’s personal data may be used by CEDRA only for the declared purposes of this website. The information and data from the contact form and the request-for-offer form will be used solely to respond to the sender’s requests.

Personal data may, however, be transmitted to the competent authorities entitled to carry out any justified checks under the law, if requested in accordance with applicable legislation.

CEDRA does not sell, offer, or exchange email addresses obtained through this website and does not disclose your email address to other individuals who access the pages of this website.

As of May 25, 2018, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR,” CEDRA is obliged to manage, in secure conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by visitors. DISPUTES. GOVERNING LAW

Any dispute that arises will be resolved amicably between the two parties. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts having authority over the registered office of CEDRA.

CEDRA is not liable for damages, costs, lawsuits, claims, or expenses arising as a result of users’ failure to comply with these “Terms and Conditions.”

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

The reservation will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within specified time interval (1 hour) of the confirmation email being sent.
