- No Sharing. Just One House. One Group. The entire property is reserved exclusively for only one group during the booking period.
- 🎉 Parties, events, or loud activities are permitted based on respect of the neighborhood.
- 🐾 Pets – not allowed, except upon prior inquiry and approval.
- 🚭 No smoking indoor.
👶 Child Policies
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children 16 years and older are considered adults.
🌐 Internet
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
- Login details will be provided at check-in.
🚗 Parking
- Free private parking is available on-site.
- Parking is reserved for registered guests only.
⏰ Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:30 PM
- Check-out: until 10:30 AM
- Above hours are for the same day check out and check in, one group leaving and another one coming. Otherwise, the hours are not fixed and are based on inquiry, maximizing guest stay.
🔒 Damage Policy
- No damage deposit is required.
- Guests are kindly asked to take care of the property. Any damage must be reported immediately. Costs may apply for significant damages.
📅 Reservations
Please note: minimum stay is 2 nights.
Service provided, payment completed afterward. The requested advance for the reservation is 100 RON.
Flexible – 21 Days (General Policy)
- ✅ Cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
- ❌ If canceled within 21 days, the cost of the first night will be charged.
Non-Refundable (Strict Policy)
- ❌ Full price will be charged if canceled at any time.
- ✅ No refunds are available, but this option usually comes at a lower rate.
